1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the oke123 Platform. By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using our Services, you expressly agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an Account on oke123, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account or security breach.

Each User is permitted one Account only. Creation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of funds. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts.

3.3 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from using the Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age
• Employees of oke123 and their immediate family members
• Gaming software providers and their employees
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Individuals who have been banned or self-excluded from the Platform
• Individuals acting on behalf of, or in coordination with, other Users (collusion)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

oke123 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

Processing Times: Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to process.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• You must have wagered your deposit at least once before withdrawal (anti-money laundering requirement).
• Any active bonuses must be forfeited or wagering requirements completed before withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.

Processing Times: All withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours. Funds typically arrive in your Indonesian bank account within 1-3 business hours during WIB banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 6-12 hours.

4.3 Fees and Charges

oke123 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by oke123 (including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and promotional offers) are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are granted at oke123's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements (typically 25x-35x the bonus amount).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.
• Maximum bet per spin/hand while bonus is active is typically Rp 25,000.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period (typically 30 days).
• Abuse or exploitation of bonuses will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, and potential Account closure.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Coordinating with other Users to exploit bonuses (syndicate play)
• Using betting patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonuses (e.g., opposite bets on roulette)
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses without genuine intent to play

We reserve the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the oke123 Platform are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once accepted by our system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. Bets placed by mistake, including accidental duplicate bets, remain valid.

Settlement: Winning bets are settled according to official results. For sports betting, we use official league and competition results. In cases of dispute, the decision of oke123 management is final.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain unfair advantage
• Match-fixing: Betting on events where you have inside knowledge of fixed outcomes
• Arbitrage betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between platforms
• Bot usage: Employing automated software or scripts to place bets
• Account sharing: Allowing others to access and use your Account
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment methods, forged documents, or identity theft

6.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For bandar bola (football bookmaking) and other sports betting markets:

• Bets are settled according to official competition results at the time of match completion.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are void unless otherwise stated in specific market rules.
• Asian handicap bets follow standard handicap settlement rules.
• Live in-play betting odds and availability are subject to change based on match events.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which oke123 is licensed to operate. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction's arbitration authority.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

oke123 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraudulent activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Collusion, match-fixing, or other prohibited activities
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Extended period of Account inactivity (over 12 months)

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 30 days, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected during Account registration and Platform use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Communication and Notifications

By creating an Account on oke123, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, in-app notifications, and other electronic means. These communications may include:

• Security alerts and Account activity notifications
• Responsible gaming reminders

15. Severability
